Howard Perch has been named as administrator of Florida Hospital Oceanside in Ormond Beach. In addition, Perch will also serve as Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center's executive director of rehabilitation services, a position he has held since 2010. In his new role, Perch will be responsible for supporting the service line directors while expanding and developing new programs to benefit the community. "This is a tremendous opportunity to assess and identify the health care needs locally and explore ways to meet those needs in a way that benefits the entire community," said Perch. Perch, an Ormond Beach resident, is board certified in health care management and is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. In addition, he sits on the board of directors for the Early Learning Coalition of Flagler and Volusia counties.
